GMP TEA is a not for profit organization, consisting of individuals who are interested in training in the Life Science and other FDA Regulated Industries.

Our Mission

 To unite Life Science Training and Behavioral Education individuals in an effort to educate, collaborate and share best practices as we develop and prepare the workforce of the future.

Who We Are

We are Compliance Trainers, Supervisors, Managers and Directors who must ensure our workforce is competent and qualified, because the organizations we support must comply with FDA GMP, GLP, GCP, and/or GxP requirements and expectations.

Our member companies include but are not limited to Research Based Pharmaceuticals, Biotech Companies, Medical Device, Generic Pharmaceuticals, Contract Filling and Packaging Organizations, Contract Research Organizations, Clinical Supply Organizations, Active Pharmaceutical/Chemical Companies, Laboratories and Food Production & Manufacture.

What We Do

The purpose of the GMP TEA is to:

• Provide coaching and mentoring opportunities to individuals interested in training in the Life Science and other FDA Regulated Industries in an effort to educate, collaborate and share best practices as we develop and prepare the workforce of the future.
• Solidify core competencies including knowledge, skills and abilities of trainers.
• Encourage members by sharing non-proprietary training programs, ideas and delivery techniques.
• Provide mentoring opportunities that partner experienced training professionals with new members.
